I have been very concerned with water quality after moving to Shanghai three months ago. Under the recommendation of my friend, I bought an Alatai Water Filter from David recently. I made a call to David, who immediately and patiently went through with me the piping connection over the phone and identified the exact connector that needed to be replaced. He searched for the connector at hardware stores and had it delivered to me within the same day! I am really amazed by his responsiveness to my problem.

In his position as customer service rep, David became widely known among the local ex-pat community as the go-to guy for the best-tasting drinking water in the city. From his genuine friendliness, to his fluent English, to his no-pressure sales pitch, to his thorough knowledge of his trade, to his flawless after-sales service, to his communicativeness via e-mail and SMS, few could resist. As a result, the immediate answer any new Shanghai ex-pat would get when casting around for an answer to the perennial ‘is this water safe?’ question was an immediate ‘call David. He’ll fix you up.

Am very satisfy with the water quality after I have installed the Atlantis Drinking Water Purifier (ADWP), water is definitely cleaner and taste sweeter with the purifier. Now cooking in the kitchen is lot more easier with drinkable tap water for use anytime. I no longer have to order the bottled water in time for use whenever we are running out. With ADWP, I can also wash my vegetables and fruits with purified drinking water, it gives me a peace of mind that my food are washed in clean purified water. I find it a convenience in life and another way of improving my family health with better quality water.

With both the Shower Baby and Water Baby, I find that the water is definitely softer and better for my skin and hair. In particular when I had my bath, the skin definitely feel softer and less dry. My hair is more bouncy and soft as well after shower as compare to before when using the regular water. There are no more odor in the water and both shower and bath are more enjoyable.

David has been helpful in efficiently delivering and installing the products in my house. On one occassion, he was kind enough to reschedule his appointment to accomodate my last minute request to install the Water Baby in my house on a very short notice. And he is quite professional in following up with his clients review and satisfaction of the products.

Overall I find the Greenwave Products satisfactory and David's service efficient and professional.

I bought my Showerbaby and my Waterbaby filters from David as I am very worried about the water condition in Shanghai even more so as I was expecting a baby girl.

David's in-depth knowledge about Shanghai water and his enthusiasm  in helping me installing the filters left a very good impression in my mind. My fears are so much lessen with his assurance that these filters would help me have safer water.
