Testing Water:
We offer this for free with some simple testing experiments on water samples from customers. These experiments will involve in tools like electrolysis, OTO and TDS meter, and present you a visual representation of what is contained in water that is always deemed as clean and clear from its appearance.
You could send your sample water to us which will be tested soon. And you shall receive an informal email about the test report later. Or otherwise, please contact to make up an appointment with us to carry on indoor water testing for you by calling 1362 1935343 or emailing service@greenwavechina.cn. As of the latter, 25 Yuan will be charged for the time and transportation.
Delivery&Installation,
We provide product delivery service within Shanghai city. Based on how far you are living away from us, a certain amount of courier fee will be charged which is 25 or 50 Yuan each time. For customers living in other provinces, products will be delivered by relative express company after bank transfer is confirmed.
As of Drinking Water Purifier, free installation service and one year’s free filter replacing service will be provided to customers of Shanghai. For do-it-yourself products, customers could install them directed by the English specifications attached to these products or call for management company’s help.
Exchange&Return,
Comparing to national guide line on post services toward sold goods at the type of what we run, we offer better after sales services including Product Exchange and Return for all of our customers.
Since the day of your purchase, you can propose to exchange what you buy within a month. Your proposal will be positively responded if the product(s) has/have not been used. And within 7 days since your purchase, you can return the unused product(s) with full package and receipt and get full refund. For used product(s), you can also return it/them within a month by paying 20% of the retail price on the product(s) for restocking fee.
Post Maintenance and others
We will keep full record of your use of the product(s) and remind you for free to maintain the filters regularly based on the suggested intervals to replace them. For that, phone calls or emails will be made for every one of you, which will be done continually without being notified of your refusal.
For customers who have the Drinking Water Purifier, in addition to reminder service, technical service of filter replacement and pumping the chamber as well as moving the product within Shanghai city is also available, which will be provided by your request. Apart from the above, some other services will also be provided on some special occasions.
