● Stay indoors and maintain your house and office at a safe temperature and humidity level.

首先,开过空调后要及时通风;空调温度不要太高,室温保持在21-25度就好,而空气湿度要保持在60%-70%左右。不管夏季温度多高,空调房与加湿器搭配才是完美归处。
