Greenwave is launching a new upgrade program for existing customers to support long-term system stability, safety, and service quality.

From June to September, we will gradually arrange upgrades, starting with systems that have been used for a longer time or are installed in higher water pressure locations.

从6月到9月，我们将陆续安排升级服务，并优先从使用时间较久、水压较高的安装点开始。

Water-related components are used every day and may naturally age over time, especially after years of contact with water pressure, sunlight, heat, and humidity. This does not mean the system is unreliable. It is part of normal long-term product use and maintenance.

涉水部件每天都在使用，经过多年水压、阳光、温度与湿度影响后，可能会出现自然老化。这并不代表设备不可靠，而是长期使用过程中正常的产品维护与保养需求。

Greenwave has confidence in our products, but we also believe regular inspection and proactive upgrades can help prevent potential issues before they happen. This upgrade program is part of our continued effort to improve product quality, service standards, and customer experience.

This upgrade mainly includes upgrades to dishwasher & laundry water purification systems(3-Stage Filter).

本次升级主要包括洗碗机&洗衣机净水设备的更新。

We will also replace selected pipeline connectors and water lines where needed.

我们也会根据实际情况，更换部分管线接头与管线。

For certain special cases, especially locations with higher water pressure, Greenwave may add a pressure-reducing valve to further improve system safety.

针对部分特殊用户，尤其是水压较高的安装环境，Greenwave也可能增加减压阀，进一步提升系统安全性。

In simple terms, this upgrade includes two main updates and one additional safety improvement when needed:

简单来说，本次升级主要包括两项更新，以及一项针对特殊情况的安全增强：

1. Update selected dishwasher & laundry water purification systems.
更新部分洗碗机&洗衣机净水设备。

2. Replace selected connectors and water lines.
更换部分接头与管线。

3. Add a pressure-reducing valve for specific high-pressure situations.
针对特定高水压情况增加减压阀。

Customers whose products have been used for more than 5 years and have received two regular maintenance services each year will get a free upgrade.

产品使用超过5年，并且每年完成两次定期维护服务的客户，提供免费升级。

Customers who do not meet the free upgrade conditions can still choose to upgrade for a service fee of RMB 200.

暂未符合免费升级条件的客户，也可以选择支付200元服务费进行升级。

Greenwave will review service records, product age, water pressure, and installation conditions before arranging the upgrade.

我们将根据服务记录、产品使用年限、水压情况和现场安装条件，确认升级资格并安排服务时间。
